Spas and hammams in Cannes: getting in without staying the night

Seven addresses open to non-residents, from five-star hotel spas to a traditional hammam. What they contain, their hours, and the prices recorded in 2026.

A Cannes spa is a hotel spa

In Cannes, a spa almost always sits inside a hotel. The good news: you do not have to sleep there. Most of the five-star houses sell treatments to outside guests, and some also open their pools, hammam and sauna. The bad news: none of them clearly posts the price of simple access, and the rules change from one house to the next.

Our view is firm: before you look at the brand of the creams, look at what surrounds the treatment room. A 50-minute massage in a hotel with no pool costs roughly the same as a massage followed by an hour or two of hammam, sauna and pool somewhere else. It is the wet area that makes the half-day, not the name on the door.

We have not tested any of these addresses. What follows is a sourced survey (official websites, Cannes tourist office listings, published offers), dated 2026, with what we would check by phone before booking.

Seven addresses, and what you actually get

N° 01
The most complete

Spa Villa Belle Plage, at the foot of Le Suquet

1,000 m² over two floors inside the Hôtel & Spa Belle Plage, 2 rue Brougham. Seven treatment rooms, three of them for two, a eucalyptus hammam, a pink Himalayan salt sauna, a multisensory shower, an ice fountain and a Watsu pool. Hours as shown on the tourist office listing (September 2026): daily, 9am to 8pm from April to October, 9am to 7pm the rest of the year. The spa does not publish its rates. In August 2026, day offers were on sale online: 200 € for two (one hour of spa and a lunch), 370 € for two (a one-hour massage and spa access). To be confirmed on +33 4 93 06 25 55.

N° 02
Pools

The spa at Canopy by Hilton, facing the Old Port

47 rue Georges Clemenceau, in the former Radisson Blu, now Canopy by Hilton. An indoor and outdoor pool turned towards the sea, a hammam, a sauna and whirlpool baths. The spa is adults-only (no access under 16) and listed as open daily from 10am to 8pm, all year. The hotel states that access to the spa and pools is charged, without posting a rate: that is the call to make (+33 4 92 99 50 11). If you are mainly after water and heat rather than a treatment, this is the first address we would ring.

N° 03
Palace

L'Oasis Spa by Carita, Hôtel Martinez

73 boulevard de la Croisette. The Martinez spa opens onto a 2,800 m² garden and is listed as open daily from 10am to 7pm. It includes a hammam. The hotel was awarded the official Palace distinction in 2026, the first in Cannes. Day packages combining a 30-minute massage, the hammam and a lunch were offered in 2024: ask whether they still exist and at what price. The garden pool is described as reserved for hotel residents, a point to check before counting on it.

N° 04
Treatments

C Club Spa, Carlton

You enter from rue Einesy, behind the hotel. Three treatment rooms, including a double room with a private hammam. Since May 2026 the spa has worked with the Swiss house La Prairie: the signature facial lasts 90 minutes and costs 400 €. Hours published by the hotel: daily, 9am to 8pm from April to September, 10am to 7pm from October to March. The Carlton advises booking 48 hours ahead. It does not spell out its conditions for non-residents outside a treatment: a question for +33 4 93 06 41 00.

N° 05
Croisette

Spa Diane Barrière, Le Majestic

450 m², four treatment rooms including one double, a sauna, a hammam, a salt wall and a snow shower. Treatments use Biologique Recherche products, and there is a Bonpoint range for children. The hotel publishes neither hours nor rates for the spa (reception: +33 4 92 98 77 49). The only figure we found: a day offer recorded in August 2026, a 50-minute massage at 288 € for two.

N° 06
Private hammam

Five Seas, in the town centre

1 rue Notre-Dame. The spa of this five-star hotel covers 250 m², with a hammam and a sauna. Its appeal for a couple or two friends: the hammam can be booked privately. Day offers recorded in August 2026, all for two people: a 25-minute massage, 25 minutes of private hammam and tea time at 166 €; a 55-minute massage and private hammam at 218 €; the same package with lunch on the roof at 298 €. Prices to be confirmed when booking.

N° 07
Traditional hammam

Les Bains Salama

11 rue Jean Haddad Simon. This is the independent Moroccan hammam whose activity we were able to verify in 2026. Prices are public, which is rare here. As shown on its booking page in October 2026: a two-hour entry with robe, towel and slippers at 45 €; with a black soap scrub, 60 €; with scrub and a 20-minute massage, 80 €; up to 100 € with a 30-minute hot argan oil massage. Open 10am to 7pm, closed on Thursdays (the tourist office also lists Wednesdays). Its website presents it as women-only, while the tourist office mentions a Sunday reserved for men: gentlemen, call first (+33 4 93 30 22 40).

What we'd skip

Booking a hotel treatment thinking you are buying a half-day. In several houses the treatment room is sold on its own, with no pool and sometimes no hammam access. The question to ask is simple: what is included before and after the treatment, and for how long?

Turning up without a booking. These spas are small (three to seven treatment rooms) and hotel guests come first. The Carlton asks for 48 hours. During a convention or the Festival, allow more.

Trusting the prices in a guide, ours included. None of the big hotels publishes an access rate. The amounts quoted here are offers recorded in 2026 on booking platforms, almost always for two people. A three-minute call gives you the real figure of the day.

When to go

The right season is the low one. From November to March, outside convention weeks, slots open up and hotels are more flexible. The only difference: slightly shorter hours (7pm closing at Belle Plage and the Carlton). It is also the best plan B for a grey day: see our pages on Cannes when it rains and Cannes in winter.

Avoid the Festival fortnight in May and the big trade shows, when treatment rooms are taken by hotel guests. During the week, aim for a morning from Monday to Thursday. And ask what is provided (robe, towel, slippers): Les Bains Salama include them in the entry price, not every address says so.

Spas and hammams in Cannes, common questions

Can you use a hotel spa in Cannes without staying there?

Yes for treatments: the Martinez, the Majestic, Belle Plage and Five Seas sell treatments or day offers to outside guests. The Carlton has a street entrance and online booking, but does not detail its conditions for non-residents. Access to the pools alone is rarer: you have to ask address by address.

How much does a spa cost in Cannes?

Recorded in 2026: 45 to 100 € per person for a traditional hammam ritual at Les Bains Salama, 166 to 370 € for two for a day offer in a five-star hotel, and 400 € for the 90-minute signature facial at the Carlton. These prices move: confirm them before booking.

Where can you find a hammam in Cannes?

Les Bains Salama, 11 rue Jean Haddad Simon, for a traditional Moroccan hammam. The spas at Belle Plage, Canopy by Hilton, the Majestic and the Martinez each have a hammam. Five Seas and the Carlton offer a private hammam, tied to a treatment.

Are the spas open on Sundays and in winter?

Belle Plage, Canopy by Hilton and the Martinez are listed as open daily, all year. The Carlton opens daily with shorter hours from October to March (10am to 7pm). Les Bains Salama close on Thursdays.

Can you bring children?

Not to the Canopy by Hilton spa, which is adults-only (minimum age 16). The Majestic offers children's treatments with the Bonpoint range. Elsewhere the rule is not published: ask.
