An independent buy-and-sell on rue Tony Allard, two steps off the rue d'Antibes. Jewellery on one side, daily-quoted gold purchase and resale on the other — a dual activity that has all but disappeared from the Croisette.
Maison Or & Bijoux sits on rue Tony Allard, two steps off the rue d'Antibes — close enough to the Croisette crowd to be found, far enough off it to escape the international-chain race. The activity is twofold and visible from the window: jewellery on display, and a daily-quoted bench for the buying and selling of gold and gold pieces.
That dual offer — retail jewellery on one side, indexed gold transactions on the other — has all but disappeared from the Croisette artery. It is precisely why we list them.
On the jewellery side: rings, necklaces, pendants, watches — both contemporary and the kind of pieces that get re-mounted from an heirloom into something wearable today. Bespoke is part of the everyday business.
On the gold side: purchase and resale of investment gold (coins, small bars) and of jewellery weighed for its metal value. Prices are quoted against the daily spot — bring your piece and you leave with a written estimate.
Call ahead if you plan a larger transaction — stock on bigger formats is not always on the shelf. For a re-mounting, bring the original piece (and ideally the box or any paperwork you still have): the conversation across the counter is worth more than any photo on a phone.
We will publish their opening hours and the verified family story after our follow-up visit. For now, the doorway is the easiest way to introduce yourself.
